Chester

We haven't walked with Chester and his human, April for ages but today we met up with them. We saw them earlier on at the opposite end of the beach from us and gave them a wave but they didn't see us and went up into the woods (which of course is off limits to us at the moment) but just as we were about halfway back to the car Chester appeared behind us (must have smelt the liver cake!) and then his mum came down the dune too, all the dogs were so pleased to see each other, happy days!

What a handsome fellow.

Chester is an English Pointer and I think i've mentioned before that he and Gabbi are quite fond of each other.....they look like the original odd couple!

Chester does a bit of showing off and galloping before getting on with the task in hand......sniffing Gabbi, and she turns into such a floosie when he's around. Alfie (forgetting his indiscretion with Teasel) wonders how his woman could be so heartless!

Lilo-Lil

Rosie's quite protective over Gabbi and objects loudly!

Nice walk....and Chester's such a lovely boy....hopefully we'll meet up again soon!

Not too cold at the beach today, Girl! I visited your bloggie and thanks for the lovely awards!
Yes, Gabbi is definitely a mini Ches....I was trying to persuade April to take him to the companion show so we could enter the "odd couple" class :o)

Your parents always bring you all to the beach, meeting up with friends, playing at the beach, running by the sea...

It's so nice!
Sorry, can't help being envious! ^_^

Liam haven't brought me out for a walk for days.... evening classes and rain! T_T

Aw, poor Mino! Have you tried the Beagle's greatest asset.....the sad eyes? Go fetch your lead and sit in front of Liam with your biggest saddest eyes (you can whine a little too!) On rainy evenings when you can't get out you could play indoor games like hide & seek and hide the treats, or you could learn new tricks!
Our trainer Jenny taught us this one....to learn "close the door":
Get your human to open the door a little and put a treat on top of it. Then she has to get you to put your paws on the door to push it shut, saying "shut the door" (or something) When you DO shut the door the treat will fall and that's the best bit!
We all love doing this trick but Alfie does it the best (probably cos he's such a Mamma's boy and he's sooooo greedy!) Have fun!
