Sunday Scenery and Pay It Forward

I drive past Kinloss Abbey most days and have been meaning to photograph it for a while now. Today it was late afternoon before we went out (we had a busy morning, see below!) and the sun was just starting to set, the way the Abbey looked as the evening sun hit it made me stop and take some photos :o)

Would you like to join in for Pay It Forward? Here are the rules. "The exchange focuses on doing an act of kindness without expecting anything in return other than that the recipient will, in their turn, pass the kindness along and 'pay it forward' in their own way. This is how it works... We are going to agree to send something fun, inspiring or uplifting to the first 3 blog owners who post a comment on this entry. In turn you will then post about this on your blog, link to us, then send something to the first three people who sign up to play along through your blog. There are no cost restraints, BUT don't go crazy! The little something you send can be something you made, bought, were given or found. No biggie, just a gift that will make the person smile. Maybe something unique from where you live? And, remember that kindness don't have to involve money; there are untold ways to help others every single day, everywhere you go - just look around." SO PAY IT FORWARD...

So if you want to play along, leave a comment....the first three will receive a small gift and we will also make a donation in your name to Dogs Victoria for their bushfire appeal. If you are one of the first three to leave a comment, please send your postal address to dughallmor@aol.com

We played Pay It Forward at Mason Dixie's blog a short while ago and today our package came, yippee! What could it be?

Oooh, it's some lovely home-baked cookies with pink icing from 3 Dogs and a Chick.....yummy, they smelled soooo good we had to remind Mum they're FOR US!!

Thanks Mason, we enjoyed our cookies so much Alfie had to check the box for more! (sorry the video's a bit dark!)

Sunset over Findhorn Bay this evening.

I am excited to play too!! I will have Mom send you our addy in the next couple of days. :) As for the backgrounds...Mom gets them from Shabby Princess. It's a digital scrapbooking site that has free downloads. She then makes collages or does different things with them. If you google Shabby Princess then you should be able to find it....if not let me know and I will give you the link. :)

Kisses,
Nala
