So you met Clive the other day, remember?
Well Clive passed this lovely award onto us, isn't it cute? Thanks buddy! Clive is on lease to his family and his training cost eleventy-seven squillion pounds! He helps his Little Man so much every day and Clive's humans fundraise tirelessly so that other children with autism might be able to have an assistance dog just like Clive to help them.
If you haven't already, please visit Clive's lovely blog to read about the work he does and if you can help out in any way, we're sure he and his folks would be delighted to hear from you, tell all your friends too!

Spring is in the air and it seems there are new doggy romances popping up all over the place. Here is no exception....
We already know that Alfie has his beautiful Golden.....
....and Rosie has her Sweetie Terrier....
....well, rumour has it that Snoop and a certain Husky lady shared a moment or two in the Rainbowwow Room....she's insisting, despite Snoop's protests, that she is too old and too tall for our boy....Snoop is keeping his options open but we're hopeful that she'll come round to the idea, age doesn't matter and we can always get him a stool....
.....and Gabbi has got herself a Terrier boy too....this is Jake! They met briefly on the set of Beagadoon....then they had a lovely romantic evening of dancing when Jake escorted Gabbi to the Rainbowwow Room. After exchanging a few smoochy emails, Jake asked Gabbi if she would be his date for Asta's sister's wedding next month....of course, Gabbi said yes....well, who doesn't love a Terrier?
Jake lives in Florida with his brother, Just Harry (on the right in this pic), who is also on the lookout for a special lady to escort to the wedding....any girl interested should contact Harry on his blog.
Here's a picture of Just Harry....handsome, isn't he?
Don't wait too long ladies.....some pup's bound to snap him up soon!
PUPDATE: Harry has now found his dream date, a Rough Collie called Essex....sorry girls!
34 sniffy tailwags:
Your beagles are all so romantic. Nice for you all to have your special friends for dates. Gabbi's new guy is quite cute looking.
Your friend,
Niamh
Hey there Alfie, I left a message on that certain Huskey's blog to let her know that age is just a number. And the height thing, a stool is definitely going to help. I told her that I was older than you and you were perfectly fine with it. I hope my words helped out Snoop. Oh and love you =)
How old do you have to be to do this dating thing? My Mom says I am too young for such stuff, and also that terriers are very willful and stubbern. Is this true? I just don't know!
Kisses,
Stella
'Tis true - age is just a number, unless you're my mom's age which in dog years is... over 400 something -ouch. I'm looking fur love, but haven't been nearly as successful as some of you out there - Whew - what romantic posts - I'm warm all over! Gabbi's beau is veeerrryy suave.
Hugs and Licks,
Sammie
Kira is hopeful now, driving me nuts, (kinda like a border collie), looking out the window for her Snoop!
Everyone is getting hooked up but me, I did hear of a certain female border collie out there....
-Scampi
Oh yes Snoop!
Please
Please
Please
Don't give up on that certain OTHER Kira! She's smitten with woo!
Hugz&Khysses,
Khyra
It is definitely spring time....LOVE is in full bloom! :)
Kisses,
Nala
Oooh - if I didn't already have a hairy, moustachioed, macho little terrier-like boyfriend, Just Harry would be Just My Type!! :-)
But unfortunately, I have already given my heart to Ombre, the Standard Schnauzer!
Slobbers,
Honey the Great Dane
Hi, friends!
Congratulations on your award! It is pawesome!
Yes, love is in the air and pretty soon we will have lots of lovely couples!
Have a great day!
Kisses and hugs
Lorenza
Nice collage again.
Love the terrier on the keys - who wouldn't.
You always crack me up! Your blog is soooooo much better than Martha Stewarts' one.
Nice monochromes, you even managed to squeeze yourself into one shot.
Lucky young Gabbi. That Jake looks like a grand chap. And a bit of a whiz on the computer, so it seems. Perhaps you could send him down Aberdeen to help me out with my blog while Gail's away?
Cheers! H.
Those are some lucky dogs! Lovely collage of them. And harry looks so huggable :D
Lovely collage once again. You are all in love over there in Moray. We dont think Snoop should give up on Kira at the first hurdle. After all 'feint heart never won fair lady' talk to Petey.
We have met Jake and Just Harry and can see the attraction of terriers.
That bottom picture is frankly irrestitable!
These terriers have a lot of charm we must say..........
Congratulations of the Award guys, Clive is such an inspiring dog.
love and kisses
Martha & Bailey xx
Aah... Your beagles look great in colour and black and white!
I like your collage.
Wow! doggie romances...:-)
Spring must be in the air...lol
Those black and white photos are great - wish someone one give the little man's mum a few lessons in how to use her camera better! Would love to see myself in monochrome!
Sounds like there is plenty of 'love' in the air!! Lashing rain here at the minute so doesn't really encourage anything!!
Thank you for reminding the little man's mum - she will enjoy helping me with 'why life is grand' - sure I say 'grand' all the time anyway - probably over use the word being an Irish dog and all that!!
lots of woofs
Clive
Brillant! Thank you so much!!
I have been trying to tell Kira that age does not matter... Only time will tell if she listens to heart...
Big licks to you
Suzuki

Oh my doG, you are so so kind to feature us on your blog. We are honoured -- and if guy dogs are allowed to blush, well, we are blushing. (Or at least our Mom is blushing for us!!!).
Yes, it's true, I, Jake, am smitten with the svelte, clever, and beautiful Gabbi. And my brother, who just discovered that the Dane he had a crush on just wasn't that into him, is thinking he'd like to find a sweet young girl to take to the wedding and see what could happen beyond that.
But, in the meantime, we're very moved by what Clive is doing -- and are pleased the word is spreading about the need for more Clives and more research into autism.
And, on a very different note: today is the start of Baseball Season in the U.S. -- and we are very excited to see how our team does.
Thank you again, beagles.
Wirey love,
Jake (and Just Harry)
Clearly you are the one to go stay with if you want to live the dogs life and it seems to be quite a good one .. wonderful photos all
Love the pics/collage as usual! Also, I didn't know that terriers were capable of keyboarding..... maybe I should get one to do my work so I can have more time to blog!!
Hope you had a great weekend!!
Snoop - I really DO think Kira's heart is all yours. She's trying to fight it, but I know she's head over paws in love with you - I can tell!
Yes, I AM quite attracted to you, but I will NOT stand in the way of true love! Go to her, Snoop! Go to her and sweep her off her paws! I do believe she's yours for the asking!
Tail wags,
Stormy
Err... I forgot to say - we have something for all of you on our blog today! :)
TW,
SZK
I thought snoop was in Love with Khyra. Wow lots of love this spring - I hope we don't have an over abundance of puppies in a few months (BOL) and yes please peemail me and participate in the pay it forward. It will be more fun playing across the big pee!
Loves from pugs,
Rosie Marie
Wow...lots of romance around for all you Beagles.... hehe
Nice mono's. :-)
Holly & Zac...XX
Just letting you know Snoop is safe and sound, he will soon be on his way back to you. Thanks for letting him come visit!
-Kira The BeaWootiful
We told Harry that Gabbi must have a girl furiend she can fix him up with. Yep, lots of romances out there.
And sadly, we don't really get to go on holiday - we are going to the kennel/camp for a long weekend while the humans go to California to visit some more of the family:(
Tail wags, the OP Pack
Hi kids we have been a little MIA but here we are back in action! We are going right over to Clive's blog....Love and ksises A+A
You guys look good in any color!
Congrats on the award!
D B's.Isn't Clive Pawsome? Mostly for looking after little man so well. And a itsy bitty bit for ignoring fallen fries right by his nose in Maccy Dee's. I couldn't do either. Ever.
BTW. Love the mono's!
Wiry wags Eric xx
Dang those guys get snapped up in a hurry!! We have visited Clive and enjoy his inspiring blog a lot!
The beagles look as beautiful in black and white as color. I laughed when I read about the girls' naughty behavior....it is such a dog thing to do, run off when you're not meant to! Hopefully the naughty girls are acting better - all the love in the air probably isn't helping! Poor Alice missed the post earlier -- Just Harry was already snapped up! Clive is just awesome -- I've never heard of an assistance dog helping with autism; it is really great. Love the award!
It really does seem as if everyone is falling in puppy love! I guess it's because spring is in the air. I don't know if I'm ready to settle down for one girl yet. There is one cute Lab/terrier mix down the road from me that makes me weak in the knees, but the second I think I've fallen hard for one girl I see another big chunky girl trotting down the street and I know I'm not ready to give up my player ways!
