More Mail and a Riverside Amble

Yesterday we got a surprise in the post....a parcel from Suzuki. We couldn't work out why but it was just for taking part in her 100th post celebrations, how cool is that!? We love our new stuff Suzuki, thank you so much for the generous parcel, you're so kind!

We got two snazzy new tennis balls, a squeaky tiger and this cool kong type thing in the shape of a fire hydrant (we were just telling Mason yesterday how we don't get fire hydrants here). Ooh, it has lots of space inside....I wonder what we could put in it....?

Mmmm, peanut butter of course....and a gravy bone! (Please go and give a message of support to Thor, who because he lives in Brazil is not allowed peanut butter!)

We put it in the freezer....just like the OP Pack do....and then gave it to Rosie while the rest of us went for a walk beside the River Nairn. We love this walk!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We've already had our Mother's Day, way back in March but we know it's Mother's Day in other parts of the world so here are some flowers for all the Mums, who work so hard to tend to our every need and stay up late writing our blogs for us and working their fingers to the bone....thank you Mums, put your feet up and have a cuppa! (we'd make it for you if we had opposable thumbs....Dad?)
Happy Mother's Day!!
Happy Mother's Day to your mom, Rosie, Alfie, Snoop, and Gabbi!! Even though it's not celebrated where you are today -- it's always a good time to give our moms extra loving!!!
We're helping the folks pack for their trip - and then we'll be off to camp in the morning. Gabbi, don't forget me while I'm inaccessible!! I have your photo and if you listen hard, you'll hear me bark!!
Peanut butter is just so wonderful to stuff in things and freeze. Freckles absolutely loves it! Also, when we get to the end of the jar, he gets the pleasure of licking the jar squeaky clean!
Happy Mothers Day to you too!!!!
Congrats on winning your little package of goodies, too!
Love the videos!
We tried to claim that as it was Mother's Day in other parts of the world today, we should get a second chance to celebrate here also - rather fell on deaf ears!!
We are so glad you got some peanut butter in your fire hydrant - isn't it tasty. You can also mix pb, yogurt, and bananas and then freeze that - mmmmmm good.
The flowers are beautiful. Tell your Mum it's OK, she can have another happy mother's day yesterday with the rest of us.
