This is not Beagle or even dog related but as a mother of two teenage daughters it's something I feel strongly about. Please also visit this link to sign a petition asking the Prime Minister to lower the age that smear tests are offered from 25 to 16. And then tell all your friends, even if they are men, they may have sisters, friends, girlfriends etc.
