....and the day after....

Out the back today....

We've had more freezing fog, all day yesterday and overnight, leaving everything even more sugar-coated than it was yesterday so now i'm going to bore you silly with lots of frosty tree shots!

In the garden....

It was a gorgeous sunny day in Forres....Cluny Hill....

I've never seen anywhere look so white....without snow!

But towards Findhorn....the fog is hanging over the bay....

I was trying the macro setting out on this frosty stone but Gabbi ran her snout right along it just as I snapped, the skin coloured stone in the top left corner is her nose!

Despite the freezing conditions the beach was busier than i've seen it for ages, there were families everywhere, many of them without dogs! (nutters!)

We've sussed the sit-stay, now we need to work on the look-at-Mum!

We saw Chester on the way back to the car, I know this photo is botched but Chester was bouncing and I thought it looked seasonal, ok? His humans have been unwell over the last few days, hope you're all feeling better and that Santa was good to you Sam!

The frost is beautiful! I wish it would snow here! My Mommy has only seen snow twice in her WHOLE life! I've never seen it once! We did get a little frost but it melted so quick I didn't get to enjoy it!

Beautiful trees!

It looks like snow-coating rather than ice-coating so says my mom, which she thinks is prettier. I've seen snow once but it didn't cover the ground. You should check out the Army of 4. They have a class on how to look away from the camera at just the right moment bol

Freezing fog? How cool. Your macro photos are awesome. She loves your photos. You should check out mom's brother's photography. He is the Mark of Mark's photography in the sidebar. We think he would like your frozen macro photos as well.

All of you are so brave to go to the beach with that weather!!!
I just to live close to the beach back in Peru but the weather was kind of warm on winter.
I wish you the best for 2009!

Hey pups! Thanks for stopping by our blog! Wow, those are some incredible pictures!
We'll be visiting again - our mom grew up with Beagles, so she's quite partial to them. Uh... to you. To ... you know what I mean!

Brrr... that looks extremely cold.
It has been like that down here a lot lately. No snow but white everywhere and very, very cold.

We hope you all have a very happy new year.
