Working with the Snuggle Puggle: Newsy Tuesday

We are very late posting today....busy-busy!

We had a couple of weeks off working for Eduardo....but we're back Boss, bright eyed and bushy tailed! (or not!)
Today we are hard at work spreading the news about some things that are happening around the blogs. There are lots of links within this post to keep you all busy!

First of all some news from the set of Beagadoon....where the puparazzi snuck in to get a preview of the first day of filming....

...and got more of an eyeful than they bargained for!

As assistant to wardrobe manager Lorenza, "Lewd" Lacie who is in sole charge of kilt lengths, got the last laugh when the kilted doggies wagged their tails!
Assistant director Mango has announced that the first act will be ready within the next day or two.....stay tuned!
Edit: A very thankful nod goes to Petey's Mom for letting us use some of her great pics!
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Travis has had a great idea on his blog, he's hosting a blog review each Monday and we were delighted to discover that this week it was our blog up for review! So far we have received glowing reviews from Maggie & Mitch, Tibby and Ludo, thanks so much guys n gals for your lovely reports :o)

;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

Honey the Great Dane recently contacted us to ask our Mum about training an "impossible" breed....of course we were only too happy to show off our acheivements (which would not have been possible without Spey Valley, especially Jenny....high fives Jenny!) Honey has done a post featuring among others, our good selves, also our friend Nala. Honey does lots of very cool things with her human, Hsin-Yi....they even do canine freestyle and if you've never visited Honey's blog, you don't know what you're missing!

Rosie's little indiscretions this week were unfortunate timing, given the nature of Honey's post, but then as a friend reminded me this morning...we all have off days! Marvin the Hollow Hound suggested that fame has gone to Rosie's head and she was trying to hide from the pupparazzi but the official line is still that she was looking for Petey and just lost track of time!

#############

Some of our Kansas friends gave us a bark out on their blog too....

Those very cool Sibes over at the AO4 shot the most gorgeous sunset...and it had a Saltire, clear as anything right across it! They dedicated it to their Scottish buddies....Marvin, our dear Aunties Martha and Bailey the Bassets and us. How cool...thanks guys n gals, you're the best! I didn't want to copy the cool photo without their Mum's permission so you'll just have to visit their blog to see it!

***************

GSD Adventures have a contest going on called April Showers Bring Forth May Flowers, send in snaps of your furry friends either in water or among the flowers, visit their blog for full details, voting runs from 16th-30th April (I think!). They have a cool badge to put on your blog but I can't get it to work on mine :o(
================

Golden Samantha has a new thing going on every Monday too, it's called Monday Captions, visit her Monday post and think of a caption for the photograph, she wants you to send in your funny photos too, this week it was Alfie's love Mason Dixie....visit Sammie's blog to poke fun at MD's funny photo....we have!

You can email her your photos here.

And last but not least we have an update to the Red Snooter rules. Because this was for charity I was only going to accept entries with an official '09 Red Nose, either real or digital....however, one or two people I know have been having problems with their downloads, they were paying for them and not getting them. I can only apologise for this and say that I have emailed the Red Nose Day website to let them know this is happening, maybe the site was just very busy, who knows. Also, my timing of the contest could have been better!So to give everyone a chance to enter it's now any Red Snooter shot, you can use a nose from previous years, use photoshop if you have it, paintshop....whatever!

I had always wanted to leave what was under those kilts up to my imagination! Never did I dream of such a sight! Whoah!

Great photos!

Happy Tuesday!

Hi Guys
Thanks for all that information. I had forgotten Tuesday was snuggle puggle day! I reckon you guys could now go self employed!
Good news about the red noses as I realised ours might be a bit different!!
Yes Beagadoon is taking on a life of its own. We look forward to each day's rehearsal.
Not sure how you will cope with Rosie once success and fame get a grip!
love
Martha & Bailey xx

Hi Alfie, Snoop and Gabbi....and my darling Rosie,

I'm thrilled that in between all the singing and dancing and "roamin' in the gloamin'" that you've managed to provide such excellent reporting on the blogs AND win your Good Citizen Awards. Clear out a space in the trophy cabinet, I'm expecting Rosie to add an Oscar for her performance - not that I'm biased or anything.

Got to head back to the editing studio...a kiss before I go, my lassie?

WOW! That is alot to digest but I gotta say first and furmost, that the kilted doggy picture is howlarious! The Beagadoon story line is again, howlarious! I only wish I had time to keep up with all the happenings. I've really been swamped here in my kennel as of late and have enough trouble throwin' out a few lines on by blog let alone keeping up with everybody elses. All work and no play makes Chester a very dull dawg. But I do have to earn my kibble 'round here so just to say that I enjoy your posts howlmensly. Keep up the good work, gang!
