Skywatch Friday and a fun video!

I am cheating a little bit with this week's Skywatch! These were actually taken on Wednesday, I was driving to the beach around lunchtime and for some reason looked back and saw the most beautiful sky over the Park. There was a blue sky with high wispy clouds and the sun was catching one of them and turning it into a rainbow, with all the colours, i've never seen that before....it was lovely. I knew my phone camera wouldn't really do it justice but it was there one minute and gone the next!

This next one was taken at the same time, different direction.

This just for poops and giggles.....check out this bossy little madam!

She definitely has a strong opinion about somethin'! You know, I think those bright sunspots in the sky are called "sundogs". I think.

You should have seen the expressions on my pups faces when they were listening to her barks! Cocking their head back and forth! Too funny! Was going to try to get a picture but the batteries are dead again.

Nothin' like barkin' beagles....my Mom says it is music to her ears and makes her want to go visit her family and their beagles. :)

That is a little spooky that we were both thinking about books this week. ;) Mom says she will have to read about Perth so she is writing down the title.

Nala

It looks like a sundog to me, and we get a few of them when the temps are waaay down and the sun comes up!

Your rowdy pups have more fun than any other dog I know!

Stella

We loved the soundtrack! We are both now awake and howling! Fun video.

Neat pictures of that sun dog! My mom used to see those all the time when she lived in Iceland, but we never get them here in the Azores, because it's too warm all year long. My ears perked up when I watched your video and I was looking for you behind the laptop screen. May I link your blog on mine so I can follow your adventures?

The sky is really quite fascinating. Some days, the clouds look like cotton candy. Thanks for the award. We've only just managed to view it today!

Thanks so much for dropping by. I may use the wave again. I have to see. I've been studying 2nite on how to make blog banners and I managed to create one in under 2 hours! LOL.

Hope your weather there is warmer than it is here! Freckles is laying near our little space heater and we are all huddled under blankets!

I started looking into getting another beagle today.....
