One of the gravel ponds at Culbin Forest

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We haven't posted for a couple of days so you can imagine how many photos have been taken.....especially as Mum has a new camera to play with!
Friday at Roseisle
Saturday at Burghead
Sunday at Findhorn
Sunday night at Culbin Forest....just Alfie went as Mum was trying to tire the little twerp out....Snoop and the girls were already done in!
He decided to go for a dip in the gravel pond, it's like a protein shake just now....full of tadpoles!
On the way home we saw this:
....but wait Mum, what's that in the field....over there?
A Hare!! Oh, let me out...I want to chase him, I was BORN to chase him!
No?? Party-pooper!
That is a great new camera you have. What fabulous photos. Thanks for the ocean sounds. It made mom feel better. It was a little bit stressful here today.
We never get tired of your blog. We could spend hours and hours looking at it, imagining what it would be like to run on your beach, walk through your trees, smell your flowers and play with your family. You guys are extra special.
We'll be back. Soon.
Love,
Jake and Miss Fergi
Excellent use of the new camera. Even the photos with no dogs in them are great! As for that hare - I can feel the waves of frustration coming through the computer screen!
James wanted to chase after that hare too. ;) Cool you got a new camera, my favorite pics are of your babies when napping on their backs. :)
Dog can't believe you didn't get to chase that Hare Alfie - but then again guess you aren't a Greyhound!! But not good to run directly after eating all that tadpole broth. Any left?
Wiry wag n kissies, Eric xx
Sorry to hear you didn't get to chase the rabbit. Whenever I go on hikes with my hoomans I always sniff out bunny holes or bunnies hiding in thickets and my hoomans always jerk me away. I swear, sometimes our hoomans do not understand the finer things in life like chasing rabbits.
Do these little guys ever have accidents when company comes over from excitement? I am not sure what to do. Africa has little accidents when I open the door to greet people. Any advice?
Hello there upside down dogs!
We love lying upside down too - esp. when we need our tum-tums chilled. Hehe.
Lovely pictures ... and what a lot of things to do! Wade, eat tadpoles, chase hares (or at least weigh the possibility of chasing ...)
Great photos! But, I absolutely love the close-up of Alfie!! You had better be printing and framing that one.
I hope you had a great weekend. I am so behind in blogging anymore - new pups will do that to ya.
Y'all were busy over the weekend! I can tell the difference in the clarity with your new camera -- great pics. Alice was curious to know who was barking in her house a moment ago, but I told her not to worry, it was just her friend Alfie! Love the snoozing pics!
